About Us
Covid 19 - School closure.
During this difficult time, Staff at Janvrin school are constantly reviewing home learning by placing individual year group work onto our website daily. We are also publishing helpful learning sites for pupils and parents to access and publishing on our facebook account. We are also sending out information to parents through our 'intouch' communication. If you would like to contact your child's teacher, please feel free to email them. Stay Safe & Social Distance.
We are a 2-form entry school with a 30-place Nursery in the heart of St. Helier, with 380 children at the centre of all we do.
We aim to nurture and develop the abilities of all children in our school community, at all stages of their school life. Our staff team and structures are developed to support this aim.
Our core values of ‘Believe, Achieve and Celebrate’ are at the heart of what we do, ensuring that children have the skills and self-confidence to take on challenges in their learning and personal development, to recognise and celebrate their achievements, and to use them as the next steps to deeper learning and progress.
Janvrin School is proud of its strong school community, its close link and work with parents, local culture and history, and the children’s place within this community. We are a ‘Rights Respecting’ school.
Our work with parents and families is valued in everything we do and we look forward to working in partnership with parents and families as your child progresses throughout the school.
